Walled Garden Pods

Terms and conditions

All Guests booking a pod will be required to give their debit/credit card details on booking. These will be retained securely for the duration of you stay to safeguard against damages or theft. The details will be destroyed after the pod has been inspected and cleaned.
You will be responsible for the pod and the contents during your stay. Anything found to be broken, missing or damaged will be chargeable.
No refunds will be given for an early departure. Pods are reserved from 4pm on your arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on your departure day.
Pods are expected to be left on time, in a clean and tidy state.
Before departure please put recycling and waste in the communal bins.
All Pods are non smoking.
Pets are not allowed due to animals sharing the location.
Ball games are not permitted.
We expect all our guests to respect and look after the site and the pods.
We have a noise curfew between 10pm – 7am.
Children of all ages are welcome, parents or careers are responsible for their children at all times.
Parking only allowed in the car park.
Friends and family who are not booked in, but who may wish to visit you during your stay can do so by prior arrangement only.
We reserve the right to refuse admittance to our property of any person or persons.

Cancellation Conditions

If a booking is cancelled less than 14days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
